COMPLIMENTARY ENTRY | NO RESERVATION REQUIRED | SEATING ON A FIRST-ARRIVAL BASIS | NO DINNER SERVICE | 21+ Picture this: the lights are low, the gin’s cold, and the night’s just beginning to purr. You sidle up to a velvet booth at Lou Lou’s, where the air’s thick with nostalgia and the music flows like warm honey.. That’s when you hear him—Mark Kopitzke, a real smooth operator with a voice like aged bourbon and the charm of a late-night cab ride. By day, he’s the razzle-dazzle frontman of The Secret Agents. But after hours? He croons like the ghosts of the golden age—Tony Bennett, Bobby Darin, Sammy Davis Jr., and Ol’ Blue Eyes himself. This guy ain't green, either. Born and bred in San Diego, Mark earned his stripes touring the world with none other than the Glenn Miller Orchestra. He’s packed to the gills with tales and tunes from the jazz joints of yesteryear—1930s through the swingin’ ’60s. Close your eyes and you’d swear the joint’s got a record player whisperin’ through the walls. Backing him up are some real aces: local bass cat Mackenzie Leighton, the ever-slick Anthony Ty Johnson (straight from Hadestown The Musical), and the smooth stylings of Miles “The Jet” Jensen on guitar. It’s Mark & The Nightcaps, see? And they ain’t just playin’ music—they’re makin’ memories, one velvet note at a time.
