REZA brings the vibrant rhythms of Colombia’s Caribbean coast together with the infectious energy of New Orleans brass and second-line traditions. Rooted in Afro-Colombian percussion, cumbia, and the spirit of community, REZA is more than a musical ensemble—it is a celebration of culture, connection, and collective joy. At the heart of the group’s mission is a free monthly street party at Jaguar Paw in San Diego’s Barrio Logan, bringing music directly to the community and transforming public spaces into places of cultural exchange and celebration. Having shared stages with legendary artists such as Los Mirlos, Los Gaiteros de San Jacinto, and Fruko, REZA continues to build bridges between generations and musical traditions.
